John Greenberg is President and co-founder of Goodmind. He is a seasoned marketing and research executive with more than 15 years of experience in consulting and marketing research. His insights are derived from his extensive work with consumer packaged goods, healthcare, telecom, media, B2B, and technology-based businesses.
John is an experienced moderator with extensive skill in in-room methodologies (focus groups, IDIs, usability), online (real-time and asynchronous focus groups and IDIs), and in-home (ethnographies). He has a cross-industry perspective through our many projects completed to date; most recently video game, website, applications, and software usability, media measurement and analysis, and pre-launch testing of consumer goods. Specialty topics for moderation include technology, education, electronics and gaming, consumer products, social media, pharma, retail, travel, media, and advertising.
Before starting Goodmind, John previously served as Managing Director of Digital Idea, a unit of the Greenfield family of research companies, whose clients include much of the Fortune 500. Prior to Digital Idea, John Served as Vice President of Stratos Communications, a research and consulting firm specializing in multinational pharmaceutical clients where he worked with DuPont Pharmaceuticals, Novartis, Bausch and Lomb, Wyeth Global, Bayer, and Warner-Lambert. John began his career as a professional cartoonist and worked for Ranan Lurie, the world’s most widely syndicated political cartoonist. His work has been published in magazines and newspapers throughout the United States. John graduated cum laude from the Honors Scholar program at the University of Connecticut. Cathy Wray, Vice President of Research & Operations, is a strategic thinker with nearly 20 years of proven research skills in conducting a wide range of marketing research techniques. She has spent most of her research years on the client side of the business, which gives her a unique perspective into the internal needs of marketers within a corporate infrastructure. She has a cross-industry perspective through her years of research, including consumer packaged goods, technology, wireless, and food service.
Cathy has extensive experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Her specialties include strategy development and execution, communication, creative development, ideation, customer experience, customer retention opportunities, matrix management, team development, segmentation, new product development and launch, pricing, experimental design, ethnography, proprietary panels, and moderation. She has conducted research both nationally and internationally.
Cathy has been a speaker at several conferences, including Forrester Research Summit, Price X, and Institute of International Research. She has also been an adjunct instructor, where she has taught marketing, research and communication classes. Jacqueline Amyot is Vice President at Goodmind. Jacqueline oversees all research projects, business operations, business development, and marketing at Goodmind. Jacqueline is also an experienced qualitative researcher and works closely on all aspects of project design and administration: from recruitment, screening, and discussion guide design to moderating, analysis and report generation.
She has a unique insight and specialty in social media recruitment, heuristics, website usability, and information and experience design. Jacqueline ensures our research reports are easily digestible, visually beautiful, and actionable for our clients. She currently spearheads all marketing initiatives and is working closely with fellow colleagues at Goodmind to study the affects of new media on business, marketing/advertising tactics, and the way we conduct market research today.

Before coming to Goodmind, Jacqueline worked at Verizon Wireless and U.S. PIRG (U.S. Public Interest Research Group), both in New Orleans, LA.
