whether you need a full-service research solution or just
bits and pieces.
Full-service tools
Bits and pieces
- Methodology. We’ll determine
what type of research will produce data that can help solve
your business boggle.
- Questionnaire design. This is
the fun part! We write, rewrite and revise a litany of questions
until we’re sure that we will elicit the key insights
you’re looking for.
- Survey authoring. Surveys are
authored and tested to make sure that they’re eliciting
the types of answers anticipated.
- Custom question types. In some
cases, we have to get creative in order to find out what
you need to know.
- Graphical preparation. We help
you prepare visuals that will suit the type of research
being conducted.
- Panel acquisition. We run a small-scale
panel, which may suit your research needs. If it’s
not right, we will turn to one of our partners — all
leading panel companies worldwide — to acquire whatever
sample is needed for your research project.
- Incentive fulfillment. We can
disseminate cash, gift certificates and any other incentives
necessary to get the best participants for your study. We’ll
do our best to get the most qualified respondents at the
least cost possible.
- Data analysis. You’ll be
able to see survey results in real time, if you like that
sort of tedium. Otherwise, leave it to us to monitor toplines,
verbatims and cross-tabs throughout the study and ensure
the accuracy and reliability of all data collected.
- Reporting. Qualitative and quantitative
data will be analyzed and findings will be presented in
a prescriptive report; meaning that we will tell you what
steps to take to solve the business challenge at hand. Final
reports can be presented in person or online. Goodmind reports
generally include an executive summary, a research methodology
statement, findings on key questions, and strategic and
tactical recommendations that will help your business succeed.
