CheckPoint Experience Analysis is a usability test that establishes benchmarks for improving a website or electronic device.
Questions are designed to isolate the major strategic issues and common problem areas of interface
design and usability. As a result, projects often measurably raise key business metrics such as revenue per customer, conversion rate, and overall usage rate.
CheckPoint Experience Analysis is a proprietary multi-point appraisal system for testing a user interface. It’s the qualitative counterpart to quantitative survey data.
